Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven physician to join our care team in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centered care, lead APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying a level of professional autonomy rarely found in medicine today.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice in the state of employment and DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care across facilities.
• Lead APPs and mentor the care team.
• Complete history and physicals and conduct weekly rounds.
• Collaborate with APPs to manage complex visits and regulatory compliance.
• Address quality gaps and improve patient outcomes.
• Act as a clinical ambassador representing Curana Health in communities.
