Job summary

Curana Health is seeking physicians to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You’ll lead clinical teams, mentor APPs, and drive value-based care delivery while enjoying a high degree of professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
• Active DEA License
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounding (minimum weekly).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the clinical team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in the communities served.
• Lead Medical Directorship initiatives and mentor facilities’ clinical teams.
