Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinical teams, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexible schedules and autonomy.

The role requires travel to assigned facilities; you will help shape value-based care delivery, participate in onboarding, and work within a supportive, data-driven environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and physician

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with active license in state.
• Board certification in geriatrics, IM, FM, or Hospital Medicine preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR and ability to collaborate with APPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (weekly).
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor care teams.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health in communities.
