Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will collaborate with care teams to improve communication, independence, safety and quality of life while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or license eligible in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy to improve communication, cognition, swallowing.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that support functional independence in adults.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress.
