Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Experience or interest in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services for adults and geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust plans based on progress.
