Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide adult/geriatric speech therapy in a collaborative clinical setting. You will focus on improving communication, cognition and swallowing, while supporting independence and quality of life for patients.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a patient-centered approach within a trusted therapy provider that values clinician support and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in-state or eligible for licensure.
• Graduated from an accredited SLP program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing rehab goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
