Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate therapy in a patient-centered environment.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to enhance communication, cognition and swallowing function while supporting independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in state of practice or eligible
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
