Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in the state of practice or eligible to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program required
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Commitment to patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication and swallowing
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support functional independence in adults and geriatrics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust plans based on progress
