Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients. You will deliver care focused on communication, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing rehabilitation.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adults and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
