Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You’ll evaluate, treat, and document progress in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve communication, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program; interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and deliver speech therapy to improve communication and swallowing.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans targeting speech, language and cognition.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to support functional independence in adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to ensure outcomes.
• Document progress and adjust plans based on rehabilitation needs
