Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy to adults and geriatric patients. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, aiming to improve functional independence and quality of life.

You will work within interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, document progress, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans with goals for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions supporting functional independence in adults
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
