Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to empower adults and seniors through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. In this role you’ll work with the adult/geriatric population to improve communication, independence, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

You’ll evaluate, treat and document progress, collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams, and focus on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress
