Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy to adults and older adults in a collaborative clinical environment.

You’ll evaluate, treat, and monitor progress, developing personalized goals to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life while maintaining clinical autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist or eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans with goals for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
