Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will provide on-site services, follow patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance communication, independence, safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist or license eligible in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
