Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy for adults and geriatric patients. You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions across communication, cognition, and swallowing, working within a collaborative clinical team.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, compassionate care, and a focus on meaningful functional outcomes for older adults in a supportive environment across facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide speech therapy to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing rehab.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.
