Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to empower adults and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You’ll focus on improving communication, independence, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in the practicing state; licensure required.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication and cognition.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to support functional independence in adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
