Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver patient-centered therapy to adult and geriatric populations in Virginia. You will evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
