Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients to improve communication and swallowing.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans aligned with functional goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to support independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress.
