Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to empower adults and seniors through compassionate therapy. You will provide speech therapy services to the adult/geriatric population, collaborating with patients to improve communication, independence, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
