Qualifications

• Must hold current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services to older adults preferred.
• Strong collaboration across interdisciplinary teams required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patient rounding and ongoing evaluation of mental health conditions.
