Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities. The role includes routine rounds, evaluation, and ongoing management of mental health conditions with close collaboration to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Strong patient-centered service skills and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Conduct routine patient rounds and ongoing mental health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
• Work with facility partners to optimize treatment plans and promote a therapeutic environment.
