Eventus WholeHealth in Virginia is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver behavioral health services and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities.

You will perform routine patient rounds, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well‑being.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication and active listening.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Perform routine patient rounds and ongoing management of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
• Work with facility partners to ensure continuity of care and optimized treatment plans.
