Eventus WholeHealth seeks a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will perform routine rounds, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Professional patient care experience.
• Geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry experience preferred.
• Excellent patient-centered service and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management.
• Conduct routine patient rounds and ongoing mental health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' well-being.
• Optimize treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
