Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health services and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities.

You will perform routine rounds, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive wellbeing. This value‑based role emphasizes proactive care and meaningful outcomes for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice (Virginia if applicable).
• Previous professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Strong patient-centered service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Conduct routine patient rounds, evaluate and manage mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive wellbeing.
• Work with facility partners to ensure continuity of care and optimize treatment plans.
