Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities in Indianapolis. You will perform routine rounds, evaluate mental health conditions, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills and compassionate communication.
• Strong collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing/senior living communities.
• Conduct routine patient rounds and ongoing evaluation/management of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff to optimize treatment plans and continuity of care.
• Support a therapeutic environment and promote resident well-being.
