Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in Virginia is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric med management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.

You will conduct rounds, evaluate patients, and manage mental health conditions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in Virginia.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service, communication, and teamwork across disciplines.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Conduct routine patient rounds and ongoing mental health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' emotional and cognitive well-being.
• Partner with facility staff to ensure continuity of care and optimized treatment plans.
