Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will perform routine patient rounding, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well‑being.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
• Previous professional patient care experience
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient‑centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, professionalism, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
