Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver high-quality mental health care across SNF, LTC, AL, and IL communities. You will join a mission-driven team to enhance geriatric behavioral health through collaborative care and personalized treatment plans.

This role offers flexible part-time scheduling (2-3 days/week) with travel between facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, use data-driven tools, and contribute to improved resident

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PMHNP program and ANCC certification.
• Active DEA license; BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient rounds and manage psychiatric care across SNF, LTC, AL, and IL settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, consulting specialists, and facility staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Assess and manage residents' mental health needs; perform exams and collect histories.
• Order and interpret labs/tests; develop therapeutic care plans for mental and physical health.
• Prescribe and administer medications; provide necessary injections; educate patients and families.
