Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a physician to join our mission of delivering high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.

You’ll be a trusted clinical leader, mentoring APPs and advocating for residents while enjoying flexibility and independence in your practice. This role supports either full-time or part-time schedules, with on-site duties and travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in geriatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, or hospital medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA license and proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities, including history and physicals on new patients and routine rounding.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex visits, ensuring clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader in the communities served.
