Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You’ll lead clinical teams, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying significant autonomy and flexible scheduling.

The role emphasizes geriatric care, autonomy in rounding, and data-driven care delivery within a value-based model. Travel to multiple facilities is required as part of the position.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Mentor APPs and support care teams to elevate care delivery.
• Drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and advocate for residents.
• Travel to and from one or more assigned facilities as required.
