Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You’ll lead clinical care, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexibility and clinical autonomy.

Full-time or part-time schedules are available, with travel to assigned facilities. This role focuses on geriatric medicine and value-based care within Curana’s innovative model.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment; Active DEA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Complete history and physicals on new patients and conduct weekly rounds.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex visits.
• Oversee APP performance, mentoring the care team.
• Close quality gaps and advocate for residents, driving better outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values in the communities you serve.
