Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. seeks a physician to deliver high-quality geriatric care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader for patients, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying meaningful autonomy and flexibility.

Travel to assigned facilities is required; the role offers a flexible, value-based care model with strong clinical and administrative support. On-site work with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of employment.
• Active Drug Enforcement Administration license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Lead as a clinical mentor to APPs and advocate for residents.
• Oversee APP performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health's mission and values in the communities served.
