Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ, seeks a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a Per Diem role. You will provide physical therapy across inpatient and outpatient services, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines to support comfort and well-being.

Join our onsite campus and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, complete required documentation, and help residents across multiple diagnostic groups.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
• Document to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional and clinical well-being across multiple diagnostic groups.
