Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a per diem role on our campus with inpatient and outpatient services.

You will implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on their strengths and routines, while delivering holistic care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation for reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team on residents' care.
