Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with frail elderly and disabled populations.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobility dysfunction and develop a plan of care tailored to individual goals related to functional independence.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent further disability.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services and document progress.
