Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks an Occupational Therapist for the PACE program in California. This role develops and rehabilitates care plans to improve daily living and functional skills in elderly participants.

You will plan and deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services, focusing on independence, safety, and quality of life in frail populations, with bilingual preferences and a commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Occupational Therapist license issued by the CA Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with frail elderly and disabled populations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
• BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer occupational therapy for PACE participants.
• Promote independence and functional skills in activities of daily living.
• Develop rehabilitation plans to improve daily functioning for elderly patients.
