AltaMed is seeking a Physical Therapist for the PACE program to provide high-quality services that restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall fitness. You will evaluate mobility dysfunction and develop a tailored plan of care focused on functional independence for patients.
The role requires a California PT license, at least 1 year of geriatric/disabled experience, and a valid BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in California is required.
- Minimum 1 year of geriatric and disabled population experience.
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required or active.
