AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Physical Therapist for the PACE program in Santa Ana, CA. The role focuses on evaluating mobility dysfunction and creating a care plan to restore function and improve independence.

In this position you will help patients regain mobility and reduce pain while promoting overall health. Requirements include California PT license, 1+ year geriatric experience, and BLS. Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the frail elderly (geriatrics) and disabled populations.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mobility dysfunction and develop a plan of care aligned to the patient goals for functional independence.
• Provide high‑quality physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility and relieve pain.

Conocimientos
