Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California seeks a Physical Therapist–PACE to provide high‑quality services that restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or reduce disability for frail elderly and disabled patients.

You will evaluate individuals, develop and implement a plan of care tailored to their goals for functional independence, and collaborate with a diverse team to promote overall fitness and health.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with frail elderly and disabled populations.
• Valid BLS certification according to AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
