Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a compassionate Physician to join our on-site team. We focus on value-based care for seniors, emphasizing preventive medicine and building long-term patient relationships.

You will work 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm), see 12–15 patients daily with 45‑minute visits, and remain clinically focused on direct patient care. This role includes a TB screening requirement as part of Humana/CenterWell programs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in geriatrics, family or internal medicine.
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of employment.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and HEDIS indicators.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• See 12–15 patients per day with longer 45‑minute visits.
• Spend 100% of time on direct patient care onsite.
• Engage in value-based geriatric care and preventive medicine.
