Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification/eligibility in geriatrics, family or internal medicine.

Responsibilities

• See 14–17 patients per day with 45-minute appointments.
• Address patient needs in exam room while considering social determinants of health.
• Spend 100% of time on direct patient care with related admin time.
