Job summary

CenterWell Conviva Primary Care in Wellington, FL is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our caring team. The role is onsite and focused on seniors, with a hands-on approach addressing patient needs in the exam room and considering social determinants of health.

You will report to the Associate Medical Director, work a Monday–Friday schedule, and see 14-17 patients daily with longer 45-minute appointments, emphasizing patient care over paperwork.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certified/eligible in geriatrics, family or internal medicine.
• Valid unrestricted medical license in the state of employment.
• Current, unrestricted DEA license.
• TB screening required.

Responsibilities

• See 14-17 patients per day with longer appointments.
• Spend 100% of time in direct patient care and related admin tasks.
• Onsite at Conviva Wellington Center in Wellington, FL.
