New grads are welcome. Base salary ranges from $112,320 to $128,960 per year, plus a no-cap incentive compensation program and relocation bonuses. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; RN licensed; NP certification with Older Adult or Family focus.
• PA candidates: ARC-PA accredited program and PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission and ensure high-quality care.
