Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) for the Hackett Hill Center in Manchester, NH. The base salary range is $112,320–$128,960 per year, with an incentive compensation program and no on-call or weekend requirements. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program or ARC-PA accredited PA program
• RN license and NP certification with a Master's in Nursing (Older Adult and/or Family NP concentration)
• PA license and NCCPA certification (PA role)
• Minimum two years experience with adult/geriatric population preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director/Attending Physician for patient care
