Job summary
AlignMed Partners is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in Epsom, NH to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents. 40 hours per week, no on-call or weekend requirements, with a supportive leadership team and mission to improve health outcomes in post-acute and long-term care.
New grads are welcome to apply. The posted salary range is $116,480 to $128,960 per year, plus an incentive compensation program.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Physician Assistant program.
- Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) and certified as NP or PA with required board certifications.
- Nurse Practitioner: MSN with Older Adult/Family focus; PA: ARC-PA accredited program and PANCE.
- PA state licensure and NCCPA certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
- Deliver high-quality healthcare with compassionate service to residents.
