Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Hackett Hill Center in Manchester, NH. New grads welcome. The role provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Base salary range is $112,320 to $128,960 per year, plus a no-cap incentive compensation program. Candidates must be licensed and certified (Nurse Practitioner or PA with eligible state credentials).

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NP certification or ARC-PA‑accredited PA program.
Licensed as RN and certified as NP or PA with state licensure and DEA as applicable.
Minimum two years of adult/geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
Collaborate with center leadership and medical directors for patient care.
Contribute to AlignMed Partners mission of high‑quality care and compassion.
