Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in Manchester, NH. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Practice and collaborates with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care.

New grads are welcome; base salary ranges from $112,320 to $128,960 per year with a no-cap incentive program. On-site center collaboration and 40-hour work weeks are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NP certification or from an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Minimum two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• PA license in state and DEA required (APRNs with licensure may apply where allowed).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with the center's medical providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals.
• Support AlignMed Partners' mission of high-quality care and compassionate service.
