AlignMed Partners seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care for nursing-center residents in Manchester, NH. On-site collaboration with center leadership and medical staff is required. New grads welcome.

The role offers a base salary of $112,320–$128,960 per year with a no-cap incentive program; 40 hours weekly, no on-call or weekend shifts, and strong emphasis on quality patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program with RN license and NP certification.
• For PA track: ARC-PA-accredited program, PA license and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to deliver high-quality care.
