Job summary
Genesis HealthCare in Keene, NH is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to cover a float between two centers. New grads welcome; base salary ranges from $112,320 to $124,800 per year, with a no-cap incentive compensation program.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult and/or Family NP.
- Physician Assistant must be ARC-PA accredited and hold PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) with state licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director, and Attending Physician for patient care.
- Deliver high-quality health care with compassionate, patient-centered approach.
