Candidates need NP with MSN or PA with ARC-PA accreditation, 1+ year of provider experience, and state licensure; no on-call requirement is highlighted

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed RN.
• NP with Master's in Nursing and Older Adult or Family NP concentration; or PA with ARC-PA accreditation.
• PA state licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director and Attending Physicians.
• Support population health and quality outcomes in post-acute/long-term care setting.
